Custom Designs - If you are looking for a variation of something that is shown on the website or is listed as "Sold" on the website, send me an email. I will let you know your options and price on that order. Most custom orders typically will take two to three weeks to produce, and all custom order sales are final.

Repairs- If an item you purchased on this website should break within 30 days I will repair that item for free provided all the beads are returned. Otherwise all repairs are $1.50 per inch plus the retail cost of any bead replacement.

Restringing - Restringing is offered at a price of $2.00 per inch on items not purchased from this website. Please contact me with a detailed description of the item and the type of beads that you want restrung. If your item is missing beads and you have found similar beads on this website, please contact me before sending the item to be sure those beads are still in stock.

Payment Options - I accept payments through PayPal for all purchases. For more information on setting up a PayPal account, click here. In addition to payment via PayPal, I accept Checks (US only), Money Orders, and Cashiers Checks. Returned checks are subject to a $20 fee. Payments made with Money Orders or Credit Cards will be shipped as soon as possible. Payments made by check will be sent as soon as the funds are verified.

United States & Canada - I accept Credit Card purchases from United States and Canada only. For International orders, please send Cashiers Check or Money Orders to the address above.

Shipping and Handling - All items will be shipped first class mail. You will be charged only for the amount it costs to ship the item. Shipping and handling is free for any order over $100.00. However, if you are uncomfortable with ordering online, please feel free to email me with your order and I will contact you for your method of payment.

Catalog - There is not a printed catalog available at this time. This website serves as my catalog and is updated frequently with new items. Many of the items are one of a kind, although similar reproductions can be made on many of the pieces.
